How soon after rhinoplasty can I have alar base and nostril reduction?

Alar base reduction after or with rhinoplasty? There is no reason to separate the two. These are done together almost always by experienced rhinoplasty surgeons.

This surgery can be done before, after or as part of a primary rhinoplasty. It is usually done with the other components of rhinoplasty. You should wait until all swelling and firmness has resolved from any previous procedure. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon at the next visit. 

Dear Ebony2015, These procedures should be done together to achieve a nice natural looking nose. There is no reason to do a rhinoplasty first and alar reduction secondary. I don't understand why you did not have this done at the sane time as your Rhinoplasty.  Consult with your Plastic Surgeon regarding your revision.
