How much will an alarplasty + tip plasty cost for my nose? (Photo)

Im a 21yo male in San Diego. I would like to know how much it will cost me in general for an alarplasty & tip augmentation for my nose before I schedule a consultation. I am looking to have my nostrils reduced in size to create a 'triangle' appearance from bottom profile & to also have my nose tip reshaped to create a result similar to the model I included in the photos. I appreciate the replies.

Thanks for your question. I'm happy your nose is doing well. You are having difficulty with your lip because your surgeon probably divided the depressor septi nasi muscle. It's a tiny muscle that in some people either pulls the nose down when you smile or pulls the upper lip up at the same time....
