How much will an alarplasty + tip plasty cost for my nose? (Photo)

Im a 21yo male in San Diego. I would like to know how much it will cost me in general for an alarplasty & tip augmentation for my nose before I schedule a consultation. I am looking to have my nostrils reduced in size to create a 'triangle' appearance from bottom profile & to also have my nose tip reshaped to create a result similar to the model I included in the photos. I appreciate the replies.
