I have a surgery date for saddlebags and banana roll lipo and have read a few answers saying it makes your butt droop. I want this surgery to contour my butt more into a bubble (without needing a bbl) and to minimize the view of my bad cellulite. Is this lipo risky?

Answer: Banana roll lipo Lipo to this area should be done minimally if at all since the roll is often due to loose skin as much as fat. Also, the skin doesn't tend to tighten much in that area after liposuction. Liposuction does not usually help cellulite and can sometimes even make it worse. Cellulite has to do with how your skin attaches to the deeper tissues, so removing fat doesn't address the cause.

Answer: liposuction of the banana role can be a bit tricky. Sometimes the prominence in the so-called banana role has more to do with redundancy of skin that excess fat. This is determined at the time the physical examination. Liposuction of this clinical situation can actually make things worse.
