Hi, I am Chinese and I would like to ideally achieve the nose on the right (left picture of side profile and the frontal nose picture are the unedited nose). Is this possible? I am content with the overall structure of my nose but I would love to narrow it overall so that it is more fitting and smaller. Main goals: - Reduce slight hump (profile view) - Narrow nose (tip, alar base) - Add minor point to the tip Are these goals achievable without rib grafting for an ethnic nose like mine?
