I just had a primary Asian rhinoplasty done 8 days ago and my surgeon had used ear cartilage from both ears to add grafts and a columellar strut, as he said that my nose cartilage was very weak for tip support. I got my cast and stitches removed yesterday and I’m so happy with the appearance of my new nose, however it feels quite stiff especially around the tip. I know it’s mostly swelling, but I’m worried if my nose won’t ever feel soft again because of the use of ear cartilage grafts.
