What is the safest and best way to increase tip projection? I want to elevate the nasal bridge and a strong refined tip

I have an Asian nose and wanted to know the best and safest way to increase tip projection, and increase nasal bridge (so when I wear sunglasses, it stays on the bridge). I have an idea of what I want my nose to look like but I still feel unsure if it can be done the way I picture it in my mind. I've had a few consults and I'm not convinced the doctors I went to understand what I want to achieve. I want to elevate the nasal bridge and want a strong refined tip including a projected Columella.

An Asian rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose.One thing to keep in mind though is that there is a limitation to the amount of tip refinement you can achieve (how small/narrow) depending the thickness of your skin. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist experienced in Asian rhinoplasty in order to achieve the best results possible. Using autologous grafts (tissue and cartilage from your own body) will provide the safest and most permanent results.Consult with 2-3 of these surgeons in person and determine your comfort level with their approach, demeanor, and before and after results. Good luck.

A lot of what can be achieved depends on your starting point.  Despite this, you can raise your nasal bridge and nasal tip fairly significantly.
In the case of Asian patients, this may require more work to achieve the results that you are seeking.  Bridge can be augmented using either a synthetic implant or an autologous implant made from your temporalis fascia and diced cartilage.  You can achieve natural results utilizing both techniques.  However each technique has some pros and cons.  In terms of the nasal tip, what distinguishes Asian nose is from other ethnicity is is that the tip cartilages are usually much smaller in not as strong.  To overcome this, you may require a stronger graft either from your rib or septum.
If you have a retreated columella, you can augment this and give more columellar show utilizing grafts to bolster the columella.

There are different ways, some advocate using an implant to both increase your nasal bridge and tip projection whereas other advocate using cartilage.  My personal preference in Asian rhinoplasty is to use a rib graft for the bridge and dorsum, and a graft from the septum to build out the tip.  A strong refined tip can be achieved in Asian rhinoplasty through the removal of some of the soft tissues of the nose, trimming of the cartilage that make up the tip, and finally sutures to enhance the shape of those aformentioned cartilages. The way I approach tip projection in Asian Rhinoplasty is either with a ddouble ear cartilage for columellar strut or rib cartilage.  Septum is rarely enough, but sometimes it can be used.  To make the bridge, I prefer diced cartilage and deep temporals fascia. I think this gives the most natural results.

 Ethnic are by far the most challenging cosmetic operations in cosmetic surgery. This because the anatomy and skin thickness requires special techniques to achieve desired results. To increase tip projection you will need cartilage grafting for tip support and shape. Do your research online and try to choose a surgeon that can deliver results that you seek. They should have numerous before and after photos with results you like and seek. Choosing the right surgeon who has experience is imperative; you want to avoid any revision in the future.
