Hi, i just had a nose revision surgery, removing my old silicone implant and inserting 4mm Gore tex, with cartillage in the nosetip. Now i just removed the cast, and it seems like my nose bridge is veering to the left, which frankly made me quite unhappy. Is this something that will even itself out? Or should this be adressed and corrected? I also do have a little lump on the right side , by the nose, close to my eye.
