Hello,I would recommend following up with your surgeon as your nose heals to ensure the best outcome. However, you are still early in your recovery period and the nose is expected to be quite swollen at this point. The majority of the swelling will resolve in 3-6 months, and will continue to resolve as your nose heals for up to 1-2 years. 

I would not worry too much but it is tilting to the right up high. I would give it a couple of weeks , but bring this up with your surgeon as he may have some suggestions to improve this in the short term.

The asymmetry at the root of your nose may be from swelling depending how long ago your surgery was performed. If there is no swelling at your area of concern, a permanent nonsurgical rhinoplastic treatment could be considered to improve symmetry, depending on your exam. Hope this helps, and wishing you well. Hi- Revision rhinoplasty especially after implant removal and replacement is very difficult and you are very early in the post operative period. You need to wait until the swelling resolves for at least 6 months before being critical of your result. Follow your plastic surgeons instructions and try and be patient even though it may seem impossible to do so. I’m sure you will love it! Good Luck!
