I am a 32-34 A or AA (5’3, 124lbs) I tried on sizers at my plastic surgeons and loved the 305cc Sientra moderate profile implants. I got home and started questions my choice that maybe I’m going too small and realized I never tried a bigger size. I want a small c cup. Should I increase to a 325cc implant?
Answer: Size I would suggest go back to your surgeon and try on a few more sizes to be sure. Going up 25 cc's is minimal and about a tablespoon in size. Between 300 and 325, I would suggest 325 cc's.

Answer: 305cc vs 325cc: I am worried about going too big or too small -any suggestions? There would be very little difference in your appearance between a 305 vs 325cc implant. Having said that, the subtle differences may be important to you and therefore it would be reasonable to revisit your surgeon and try on the other sizes.

Answer: Mini Lift with small implants or fat transfers At size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are an A and want to be a C then you would need 200 cc implants. However, I am concerned about your shape more than your volume. You seem to have upper breast fullness toward your axilla and your breasts seem to be relatively low. More important than implant size is implant position and I think you will need your skin envelope repositioned. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants or fat transfers can be placed. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and profile implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Worried about sizes... Hello Gregarious. Thanks for your question. I believe you will find your answer by returning to your plastic surgeon's office and trying on the breast implant sizers again. In our practice, we let patients return as often as necessary to try on sizers and make their choice at their own pace. However, your photos demonstrate a smallish frame and I would stay away from very big breast implants. On the other hand, either 305 cc or 325 cc seem like reasonable choices.
