I am a 32-34 A or AA (5’3, 124lbs) I tried on sizers at my plastic surgeons and loved the 305cc Sientra moderate profile implants. I got home and started questions my choice that maybe I’m going too small and realized I never tried a bigger size. I want a small c cup. Should I increase to a 325cc implant?

Answer: Worried about sizes... Hello Gregarious. Thanks for your question. I believe you will find your answer by returning to your plastic surgeon's office and trying on the breast implant sizers again. In our practice, we let patients return as often as necessary to try on sizers and make their choice at their own pace. However, your photos demonstrate a smallish frame and I would stay away from very big breast implants. On the other hand, either 305 cc or 325 cc seem like reasonable choices. Answer: Choosing size There is very little difference between those 2 sizes. But you should go back to your surgeon's office to try them on again. Then you can see what the difference looks like on you. After that, you should be able to choose the implant size that fits your goals the best. Good luck!
