I recently had my consultation for a BA. I'm looking for natural fitting to my body and for them to look naturally busty. I'm 5'6" and 115/118 I fluctuate between these weights. I'm stuck between 415cc HP and 450 cc HP. My current bra size is 32A and I have a small built. My measurements were 11.2 or 11.8... I can't exactly remember but somewhere between there. I'm inquiring if the 450cc HP will be to much for the breast size I currently have and should go with a 415cc HP.

The 500 cc implant will be a large and heavy implant, may be too heavy for your neck and shoulders, and may thin your own breast tissue. I would suggest going smaller.

Measurements are needed to be certain, but just based on your photos, I would say "no" to 600 cc implants for you. They are probably too large for your frame and tissue, too heavy for your neck and shoulder, and will thin what tissue you do have. Please consider a more realistic size for you. ...
