50 lbs. 155 lbs. I'm 5'4" with 38b breasts now. Would 500 cc gummy bear implants be too much? Picture is what my breasts look ,like now
Answer: Implants The 500 cc implant will be a large and heavy implant, may be too heavy for your neck and shoulders, and may thin your own breast tissue. I would suggest going smaller.

Answer: Is 500 cc gummy bear implants too big for me? Hi there, thank you for your question. This question is related to what you want to achieve actually. I think that you can have 500 cc implants but, if you want to achieve a more natural look, I suggest you to go for 400-450 cc implant size.

Answer: Consider simultaneous lift or small implants Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. 500 cc implants weigh over 1 lb each, will not fit totally submuscular and may result in double bubble or bottoming out. I recommend you consider smaller implants or a simultaneous lift. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implant size and type Dear Cool8420, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Implant size Looking at your photo you appear to have a breast width that would accommodate a 500cc implant. You need to be measured by your surgeon to see what implant size and profile that would be best. Also try on breast sizers to help make the final choice. Good luck.
