Would rather not show photos, sorry. I had malar fat grafting done a month ago but it's basically all gone, though I loved the results while they lasted. My infraorbital region is very recessed from an underdeveloped maxilla and I have yellowish-brown discoloration around my eyes. I've heard that with age, malar silastic implants can look unnatural. do infraorbital implants have this same affect? would getting a smaller one help? whats the rate of removal/infection? does it change the eye shape?
