Uneven cheeks? Is there a non invasive way to fix this? (photos)

Question

My right cheek is chubbier than my left. Ive been gaining some weight and don't know if this is why it's becoming more noticable but it's bothering me alot. It makes my face look like it's drooping. Can losing weight even them out? If not I prefer methods that don't involve going under the knife.

Congratulations on your weight loss; I hope you continue to improve your life style. It is impossible to predict if the asymmetry will improve as you loose more weight  but it might be helpful if you review pictures when you were younger and thinner. You should consider injections of  long acting fillers such as Voluma or Restylane Lyft as you continue to reduce your facial fullness.
