Hello, I have been looking at other people's results on youtube and feel like mine is lagging behind. Can you please take a look and let me know what you think? I have followed every single instruction given to me by my physician. Thank you

Your results at 17 weeks post hair transplant may not be indicative of the final result. While new growth typically becomes more apparent 3 to four months after a hair transplant, the final result of a hair transplant can take between 12 to 18 months to manifest. Based on these frames of reference, there does not seem to be a cause for alarm about your results so far. You may still want to monitor your growth and keep your doctor appraised of new developments. You may notice shedding in the recipient area within the first few months afterwards, which is a normal part of the growing process—this is due to the hair follicles preparing for new growth.

Most patients experience some results starting as early as 4 months but at times it takes over 6 months to the the result of a hair transplant.  At times you can only see your full results after 8-10 months.

There is often not much growth visible to the naked eye at four months.  It takes a good 8-12 months to get final your final results.  I suggest waiting and avoiding YouTube in the interim.
