Will more hair sprout, or is this all I can expect? (FUE month 4.5 - 1700 grafts) (Photos)

You are early on in the growth process my friend! It usually takes about 10-12 months to get to 90-95% of growth.  So you have plenty of time to see further results.  Hang in there, it will only continue to get better.  Fact that you had early growth is not indicative of your growth stopping earlier, so don't worry.  You are just doing better than most! 

It may take six to twelve months to appreciate the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

At 4 months you are only at 20% growth. At 6 months you will be at only about 50% growth, at 12 months you will be at roughly 90% growth. Remain patient and continue to follow your doctors post op care instructions.

You may get more hair, and the hairs you have will get thicker, increasing density.  Hard as it is, you need to wait a full 8-12 months to see your final results. 

For now everything looks normal but of course it is too early to say anything. You should be patient and wait for about 10-12 month to see the final result as there will be still a hair grow.

You will probably see more hair growth through the 8th month which is what I tell all of my patients as by the 8th months most of the hair will have grown to styling length
