Did my pre-op measurements justify an anchor lift, or would implants alone have been appropriate? Can this be repaired? (Photos)

A board-certified plastic surgeon told me my measurements required an anchor lift. I was a 32A with minimal tissue, nipples above the fold. Measurements: N–SN 19.5–20 cm, N–C 8 cm, base 12.5 cm. He performed an anchor lift, removing 34 mm of skin and placing 365cc/335cc high-profile implants. After surgery, my fold was elevated, nipples unnaturally high, and my breasts appeared distorted. To address this, he performed a corrective surgery, replacing the high-profile implants with smaller, moderate-profile implants. However, the distortion remained because the problem stemmed from the unnecessary lift itself, not implant size. He then planned another corrective procedure with even smaller implants and skin removal from the lower breast to reposition my nipples. When I raised concerns about his treatment, he discharged me as a patient, leaving me without access to further corrective care. A second opinion documented: N–SN 15–16 cm, N–C 8–9 cm, nipple-to-fold 7–8.5 cm, confirming the elevated fold and high nipple position. That surgeon indicated a lift may never have been needed. Since these experiences, I have declined physically and emotionally. The stress and abusive treatment led to significant weight loss, leaving me frail and unwell, while the unresolved distortion continues to affect my health. My question: Did my pre-op measurements justify an anchor lift, or would implants alone have been appropriate?
