Breast lift/implants and weight loss - will loosing 5 - 7 pounds after my surgery affect my results?

I am having a revision due to capsular contracture in 2 weeks. It will include a full lift and slightly larger implants (I currently have 275 in each and am looking at 325-350). I have recently been unable to exercise due to minor injuries/back and hip pain and have gained about 5-7 pounds. Will losing these 5-7 pounds post surgery negatively affect my breast results? Should I wait to have the procedure until I’ve lost this extra weight?
