Uplift with implant breast surgery - Is this a snoopy deformity? Will I need a revision? (Photos)

I am a 55 year old female, I had a mummy makeover 13 months ago (UK) including breast uplift with 275cc implants. I feel my breast look quite flat and the implant is high with my breast tissue under the implant I read it could be the snoopy dog effect - I dont go without a bra and this is something I wanted to be able to do having surgery bit I feel they a saggy? Can I have advice please I did sent photo and video to my surgeon and was advised he would have to do a scan of them to assess?

Yes, it appears that you have breast tissue resting below the point of maximum projection of the implant. This can happen when the capsule that your body creates around the implant draws the implant into a higher postiion. Correction usually includes revision surgery to release the capsule, at the very least, but an additional lift concurrently is sometimes beneficial.
