My mouth is lopsided and only smiles on one side after Juvadem injections. I see a lot of women on this site who have the same or similar issue and all-including myself-have had their Dr. say the same thing: it couldn't have been anything we've done, we've never seen this before. Why can't the Dr. admit their might have been something amiss in their technique?

I do believe that mobile areas can cause Juvederm to go away faster, although it is not guaranteed. A good example is in the lips, where results tend to not last as long as other less mobile areas.
