I'm unhappy with the loose skin under my eyes that wrinkles a lot when I smile. I don't have eye bags when m not smiling - more like hollows. Is lower blepharoplasty the best treatment? Thanks

The Undereye Weekend Lift is a procedure I’ve pioneered to address much of the issues you’re wanting to address.

It will help the hollows, skin texture, and wrinkles when smiling.

A lower blepharoplasty would be helpful if you had lower eyelid fat bags and lower eyelid skin removal would be helpful if you had a lot of skin redundancy. So it seems those options are off the table.

I’ve attached a video showing a patient who opted for the Undereye Weekend Lift and she in fact was a candidate for a lower blepharoplasty. Despite her being a candidate, she still opted for the UWL and she’s super happy.

Thanks for your question! I'm curious if you've tried Botox for your crow's feet. It could minimize those lines and give you a nice option until a surgery is truly necessary. Good luck!
