What happened after my upper eyelid surgery 2 years ago to cause constant inflammation/dry eyes? (photos)

I had upper blepheroplasty 2,5 year ago. I have since then had inflammations and dry eyes. Currently using tears naturale and restasis. Eyes are tearing and burning and feels dry when I wake up. I'm very sad as the surgery aged me and I look depressed. I have never had dry eyes before. Been visiting public and private healthcare but noone knows or seem to have enough knowledge about what could have gone wrong here. Does anyone of you doctors recognize this, and what can be done?

Twenty-eight is not too young for a conservative skin pinch of the upper eyelid skin. This involves only removing the excess skin.
