I'm 30 years and when I'm not smiling my cheeks look normal however when I smile it looks as though I have a lot of extra skin that does not move up when I smile. It looks like creases, not wrinkles all up my cheeks. What can I do to not have these creases when I smile? As mentioned it is like I have alot of extra skin that does not move when I smile.

Answer: Creases in the cheeks when smiling
The best options for smiling creases in the cheeks are injectables such as hyaluronic acid such as Restylane or Juvederm. At age 30 there is not enough skin to promote facelift at this point.

Answer: Facial creases with smiling Without a photo it is hard to assess. However, creases with smiling (or "laugh lines") can be improved with a filler like juvederm. At 30 years old, I would recommend a proper skin care regimen which may involve light peels or fractionated laser treatments. There would improve your overall skin quality and appearance.
