I have crooked nose, nose bump, uneven and wide nostrils, how much would this realistically cost?

I'm supposed to wear glasses but, I don't because they look extremely crooked on my face because my nose or nostrils are not centered and wide, no matter how times I straighten or fix the glasses, they're lopsided.

You do have some asymmetry of your nose which could possibly be somewhat improved through rhinoplasty.  However, the key to your glasses sitting straight may be related to the type of nose piece on the glasses.  Look for separate eyepads that can be adjusted.  Also, perhaps consider the area that they attach to the ear.  If it's truly your nose that is bothering you, that can be adjusted somewhat.

Yes you may choose to get advice from an experienced plastic surgeon who offers your type of nose Surgery. Look for good reviews and send your photos in before you go to see them to see if they can help you. Surgery can improve the nose but you need specialist advice and examination.
