How long do I wait to take roaccutane after pregnancy? also breast feeding?

I have taken ro acutane once for a duration of only 3 months five years ago, yes I saw improvements. so am I an eligible candidate for a 6 month course of ro Accutane following pregnancy and delivery etc? How many months does one wait to schedule and appointment?

There are side effects for any and all medications. The side effects will depend on the strength of the medication you take. My patients take low doses and so the side effects are very minimal. If you did not complete your original regimen you should not be surprised if you have acne later on, or need another round of Accutane. For Accutane to be effective you must take all the medicine as prescribed. Should you take them now? It won't hurt but it also won't be as effective as if you...
