How should you stop taking Accutane? (Isotretinoin) Cold turkey or tapering the dosage?

When it comes to finishing your course of Isotretinoin, is it better abruptly stop the intake of it or slowly lower your douse from 50mg a day to one week of 40, then one week of 30, then one week of 20 and one week of 10 ?

My advice will be to postpone any ablative laser treatment for acne scars until you have been off the Accutane for at least 6 months to prevent risks of bad scarring.

Accutane is better absorbed with a fatty meal and more of the medication gets into your system this way. Amoxicillin can be taken with or without food.
