I wanted 425-500cc extra high profile. I told my doctor what I wanted and showed her pictures. She brought me 1 pair of implant to try on which was 325cc high profile silicone. She didn't give me an option or even let me try on bigger implants. Now that surgery is over my nipples are pointing to the floor. I wanted EXTRA high profile because I want my breasts to sit up high on my chest. Also, if I get another surgery will I have to pay the full amount again just for an implant exchange?

Answer: High Riding Implants Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. It appears that you have very large implants for your frame and they are sitting high and tight as they will for at least a few months. The drop and fluff process will require time for your lower breast poles to slowly expand and when they eventually drop, closer to 6 months, I would expect your nipples to appear higher on the breast. Talk to your plastic surgeon about what to expect during recovery. All the best

Answer: Implant concerns Hello, the size of breast implants that can be inserted is limited by each person's unique anatomy; it might not be safe or feasible to insert large implants into a small-chested person. However, it is not possible to state whether even larger implants could be inserted without a proper assessment. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon, including their policy on the cost of secondary operations.
