From the photos that you have provided, you would be an ideal candidate for dermal filler to the temples. Depending on the brand of filler used, you can expect results to last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Dermal fillers such as Radiesse and Voluma tend to have longer lasting results, so an option is to use longer lasting fillers during your next treatment. Alternatively, you can transfer some fat to the area as a longer term solution. The only drawback is that the fat transfer will have less precise placement since all of the fat will not survive. Going forward, I would recommend you to complete multiple in office consultations with board certified experts. This way they can best assess your face and craft the ideal treatment plan for you.

There are many fillers that can be used to fill out emptiness in the temples. But if you want something permanent, I would recommend using your own fat.
