I am 24 years old & I previously had 1 syringe of “ temporal hollow fillers” injected into this area. It only lasted about 6 months. I would love to get this area filled in again. I am in NY an I am opened to fillers as well as more long term options.

Dermal fillers such as Radiesse and Voluma tend to have longer lasting results, so an option is to use longer lasting fillers during your next treatment. Alternatively, you can transfer some fat to the area as a longer term solution. The only drawback is that the fat transfer will have less precise placement since all of the fat will not survive. Going forward, I would recommend you to complete multiple in office consultations with board certified experts. This way they can best assess your face and craft the ideal treatment plan for you.
