If fillers are only lasting you a couple months, you may be a patient that just absorbs filler quickly. If you are looking to firm up the jowls and get rid of age spots you should do a combination of Thermage and Sculptra with CO2 laser resurfacing. Thermage and Sculptra will help tighten and lift the face by stimulating collagen growth. Botox is something you should still keep up with after laser resurfacing so you aren't creating any new wrinkles or damage. You can get rid of age spots with laser resurfacing but that will not prevent new ones from forming. You should decrease any sun exposure and wear a sunscreen daily all year round. Look for a physical sunscreen (contains zinc or titanium dioxide) that protects against infrared, UVA and UVB. Hope this helps!

It is hard to give good answers without photos but, in general: Sculptra can give you much longer lasting volume( two years) than Juvederm . Radiesse should last longer as well but not as long as Sculptra. None of the neurotoxins have proven to last longer than Botox. the all seem to be similar at this point. Nothing gets rid of age spots permanently if you get out in sun so prevention is big part of this.
