How long will it take for the fat donor area to heal? (Photos)

I had fat transfer 2 days back n have these marks on my inner thigh mostly on left thigh. Will this go completely?Will there be no fat cells n look deformed with overall leg.I have a beach vacation month ahead nwant to go into my shorts doctor didn’t tell me it will be so bad. It’s reddish blue n can see some veins on left leg.Will these turn into spider vines?Will the skin sag Also if I am pregnant n put on weight will the area remain shrinked always ? Can prp there help replenish the Cell
