Is lipo and fat transfer to hips only a different procedure than a BBL?

Fat transfer to the hips is a similar technique to BBL, but the fat is transferred to a different part of the body. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. fat cells can be transferred to many different areas of the body including but

Although
a fat transfer to the hips is not considered a Brazilian Buttock Lift, it would
