Botched? Full face fat graft looks horrible. 4 days p.o. (photos)

At 4 days you are still quite swollen.  Most of swelling will be resolved in 2 weeks and at 6 weeks almost all swelling will have resolved. Steroid injections can help in areas that look too swollen but you should wait at least 2 weeks to consider any other measures.  

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. Swelling can last 3-6 months after fat transfer. I recommend prp and sculptra to help improve final results. Icing the area, predisone, ibuoprofen and venus legacy treatments can help reduce swelling. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hi and thanks for your question. I would agree with all the others and saying that much of what you are seeing is swelling. Patients can swell quite significantly from this and can last many days. As hard as it is, try and be patient.

So 4 days is far too early to judge your result in any light. at least 50% of what you see is post operative swelling. The asymmetry will be the same. You should give your face at least 3 months before you can have any clear idea of your result so please be patient, keep in regular contact with your surgeon and they can guide you through the recovery process.Hope that helps.Adam Goodwin

Based on your photos, you just have normal swelling. I know you have heard this quite often, but it may last up to 4-6 weeks. As I am unable to see your pre operative photos, it is difficult to judge, but I would allow time for it to settle and then give your primary surgeon a chance to rectify is you are unhappy with the final results.
