Would like to know how long after liposuction is exercise recommended and what type of cardio is best for someone having thighs and bottom reduced? I am currently 127 pounds at 5 ft 4 and would like to reach a more comfortable size for my frame of 115 pounds. My procedure is only 6 weeks away so will be more focused on weight loss post op? Does it matter than I'm not at my ideal weight on the date of procedure? How long do I have to wait before I can begin my exercise regime post procedure?
