Only time will help with this situation. At least give this operation three months to heal in the tissue to soften. Then reevaluate if you still have a contour deformity of the breast. Follow closely with your plastic surgeon.

At this point, the best advice is to give it time to heal.  I would give it a minimum of 3 months.  If there is still an indentation at that time, you can consider fat transfer to fill in the indentation.

Despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with very specific advice or information. However, you should have some peace of mind that  you have not seen the final results of the breast surgery performed at this stage. It may take several additional months, and even up to one year for you to see the final outcome of the surgery performed.

 I would suggest that you continue to exercise patience and continue to follow-up with your plastic surgeon who will be your best resource when it comes to specific information, advice, and/or reassurance.
