I had silicone implants placed at age 51. Two years later, I had them replaced with different implants as I had scar tissue around one nipple that caused an indentation under the breast. I had the my current implants for 5 years, and developed a seroma, so decided to take them out. I just went for the 3 week check up, and I have an indentation all the way across the same breast where the scar tissue had been. The nipple looks like it is sucked in. Any help on this?
Answer: Give it time
Only time will help with this situation. At least give this operation three months to heal in the tissue to soften. Then reevaluate if you still have a contour deformity of the breast. Follow closely with your plastic surgeon.
Good luck.

Answer: How Long Before Breasts Look Normal After Implant Removal and Lift?
At this point, the best advice is to give it time to heal. I would give it a minimum of 3 months. If there is still an indentation at that time, you can consider fat transfer to fill in the indentation.

Despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with very specific advice or information. However, you should have some peace of mind that you have not seen the final results of the breast surgery performed at this stage. It may take several additional months, and even up to one year for you to see the final outcome of the surgery performed.
I would suggest that you continue to exercise patience and continue to follow-up with your plastic surgeon who will be your best resource when it comes to specific information, advice, and/or reassurance.
Best wishes.

Answer: How Long Before Breasts Look Normal After Implant Removal and Lift?
It is really difficult to imagine the current appearance, and photos would help with that. I can say that three weeks is quite early, and the final result can take from 6 to 12 months. If the indentation persists, fat injections may prove to be a useful fix for the problem. All the best.

Answer: Breast Augmentation
Your nipple deformity after breast implant removal can be caused by many factors. There are lots of information needed to answer your question. Where was the position of the implant? above or under the muscle? what incision was used for the first and second surgery? was the capsule totally removed? was the muscle reattached to the chest wall? If the incision was around the nipple , was the breast tissue closed in layers? what was the cause of seroma 5 years later? any testing?
