Will Cellfina work on loose leg skin?

Cellfina is designed to improve the appearance of cellulite dimpling of the skin on the posterior thighs and buttocks.  It does this by cutting the fibrous attachments under the skin causing the dimpling.  It does not tighten or remove loose skin.  
Depending on the amount of loose skin, options for treatment include a minimally invasive procedure like Bodytite or surgery like a thigh lift.
I would suggest having an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon who has all of these treatment options available.  That way you can decide which is truly best for your situation.

Cellfina is a highly effective treatment for dimpling in the buttocks and thighs caused from fibrous banding.  However, Cellfina does not tighten skin and does not reduce fat.  Many of my Cellfina patients benefit from non-invasive skin tightening following the Cellfina procedure.  Because different offices have various ways of tightening skin, I recommend an in person consultation before proceeding with a treatment option to ensure expectations align.
