Does Cellfina work for cellulite on the front of thighs?

The front of the legs do not do well with Cellfina, although it is the best treatment for cellulite at this point. However, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. Most of the irregularity in the anterior thighs of women is due to skin laxity and cannot be improved with Cellfina. However, we have seen a small group of women who have more typical dimples in the anterior thighs, mostly located in the upper outer part of the leg. We have seen a modest improvement in those areas after Cellfina treatment.
