Is it ok for registered nurses to perform the Cellfina procedure at a board certified plastic surgeon's office? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and pictures!  It is fine that registered nurses will be performing the treatment.  The dimples on the sides of your thighs look great for them to be treated with Cellfina.  Cellfina can be used on the front, back and sides of your thighs, as well as your buttocks.  Most people have their back of their thighs treated solely because that's where the bulk of treatable cellulite is.Hope that helps!

It is not uncommon for Cellfina to be administered by trained registered nurses as long as they are under the supervision of a board certified plastic surgeon. Cellfina can effectively treat most areas of the thigh or buttocks. That said perhaps there is another reason your surgeon thinks the dimples on the sides of your thighs cannot be treated. Do not hesitate to address these questions and concerns with your doctor before you get the treatment. Also, if you're not completely satisfied with your current assessment it's never a bad idea to get a second opinion.
