Is it ok for registered nurses to perform the Cellfina procedure at a board certified plastic surgeon's office? (Photos)

I am planning to have the Cellfina treatment performed at a board certified plastic surgeon's office in Canada but the actual treatment is going to be performed by 2 Registered Nurses. Does that seem reasonable? What are your thoughts on this? They have also told me that the lateral dimples on my upper thighs cannot be treated as Cellfina is only approved for use on backs of thighs and not sides.
