A brazilian butt lift procedure can take form 2 to 3 hours for the complete operation, depending on the amount of fat that's going to be removed. That said, the ideal brazilian butt lift candidate has localized fat deposits and quality overlying skin without significant excess skin or skin damage.  Fat can then be removed to strategically sculpt the body and accentuate feminine curves. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

A brazillian butt lift usually takes about 3-4 hours.The time taken for a BBL can vary depending on the number of areas to be suctioned for fat harvest, extent of lower body contouring planned along with the procedure & the amount of fat to be injected depending on the patient's body morphology / post op expectations.

Every surgeon is a bit different, and each patient is different. I will often be able to perform the procedure in about 2- 2 1/2 hrs.
