10 weeks BBL post op. Is it normal to feel lumps and weird swelling a few hours after removing faja?

Hey I would really like some of your professional advice. Is it normal to feel lumps and weird swelling a few hours after removing faja? But when I take it off first my stomach is very smooth.. 4-5 hours later I'm getting weird lumps and crazy swelling. Also I have crazy pigments on my skin that still hasn't resolved. I don't see it getting any better by the 3 month mark.. my butt is also still very big and high.. for my thin legs :( What do I do?
