If your muscles were tightened at the time of your TT, I would wait 6-8 weeks. It takes a good 6 weeks for repaired muscles to heal with full strength.
If you had muscle repair, the full golf swing probably won't feel good for 6-8 weeks. But much earlier than that you can go to your practice facility and work on your short game.
