I'm 16 years old on 40ml Accutane/Roaccutane for my acne on my 4th month and I drank a beer last night and smoked cigarettes , I'm so scared and regretful of what I've done. This week I have blood test appointment and i'm scared that my doctor will stop my medication. Has the beer and cigarettes done a damage to my liver? If to my liver is damaged will they stop my medication? Will they see on the blood test that I drank a beer? Thank you so much!
