Can I eat milk products or fast food without breaking out while I'm on Accutane?

Hej, I've been on accutane for some while now, and my acne is almost gone. Before getting on accutane I didn't eat any fast food or milk products, because I thought It would cause more acne. But does it really cause acne because many of my friends are eating it a lot, and most of them do not have acne. Can I eat it while I'm on accutane, because I'm soon going on a vacation, and I will probably be eating unhealthy and eating products that contains milk :) I'm 17 and I don't drink or smoke*
