You're better than the original photos. I would suggest wearing underwire bras and avoiding heaving lifting with your arms for at least 3 months. You might need an internal bra of mesh for tighter support.
What you post looks very nice on your frame. Your surgeon who measured and examined you knows the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. If you go too large, your tissue will just thin and stretch and the implants will sag. I would suggest keeping what you have for it will look...
