I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your implants are somewhat large for your frame and tissue and do move a fair amount to the sides. I would suggest going smaller and tightening your lateral and inferior pockets. You might need mesh for more internal support.

If you wanted to have a more pronounced clevage, then your surgeon should have put the implant behind the muscle to get that nice and round upper pole, ´cause it appears to me that it is retro glandular. A big implant is a little heavier so it will fall like that, the other issue is that maybe the pocket is a little too big for the implant towards the armpit and the bottom and that is why it collapses and you don´t have an actual upper pole. I think you should get a revision to put the implant behind the muscle or to close the pocket to push the implant up and centre, but it will drop faster in that plane.
