First pix are before. Had the revision 3 weeks ago and I’m starting to see the right implant do the same thing. It’s really annoying that 2 times I have to go through this. I don’t know iF it’s because I use my right arm for work and it keeps moving the implant. The doctor said he carved new pockets. They were very symmetrical pre augmentation. The right implant looks like it rotates in the pocket when I lift my arms and I can feel it so so, and it also looks like it doesn’t sit it in the pocket

Your implants are somewhat large for your frame and tissue and do move a fair amount to the sides. I would suggest going smaller and tightening your lateral and inferior pockets. You might need mesh for more internal support.
