Dear hannahh8,dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about your implants are not dropping as expected. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. If after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

At the same time, the implants can be replaced for smaller ones.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Your implants would look more natural and have more support and coverage if placed behind the muscle. Behind the muscle is more painful, takes longer for the implants to settle, and can have some animation deformity when you flex your muscles. In front, However, in most women, they look and hold up the best behind the muscle. You have more the round fake ball look. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
Your implants are somewhat large for your frame and tissue and do move a fair amount to the sides. I would suggest going smaller and tightening your lateral and inferior pockets. You might need mesh for more internal support.
You did not post photos, especially of your before and after surgery. I suspect, your breasts naturally sit somewhat wide apart. the bases of your breasts cannot be moved. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon. For more specific advice, please post photos.
You have nice results now with such large implants. I would listen to your surgery. Do realize, with such heavy implants, you will sag more over time.
