I got breast implants and am not happy with the size. What are my options? (Photo)

Question

I got 280 cc anatomical mentor breast implants. I believe they are small for my frame. I am 5’7 and 127 pounds. My family and friends think I am overreacting but it is taking a physical and mental toll on my well being. I was so excited for the procedure and feel like my surgeon did not help me decide on the right size for my frame. What are my options?

Your breasts are wider than your chest wall. Larger implants will result in mechanical instability. I would recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. I would not recommend larger implants.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your result is excellent. You could have gone with larger implants. But I wouldn’t rush into any decision.  There will be costs associated with going bigger. I would leave them alone.

What you post looks very nice on your frame. Your surgeon who measured and examined you knows the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. If you go too large, your tissue will just thin and stretch and the implants will sag. I would suggest keeping what you have for it will look nice long term.
Look at your before photos to see the difference. Not all women can or should have large implants.

Your result looks excellent, sorry you are not happy. Please don't let this wear on you at all. Most would be very pleased with your result. If you wanted to go bigger, you will need to absorb more costs because the surgeon did nothing wrong and you need to know that if some rare complication like an infection occurred, you would need to remove the effected implant and start all over a few months later with the chance that it will never be right because of scar tissue.
