I got 280 cc anatomical mentor breast implants. I believe they are small for my frame. I am 5’7 and 127 pounds. My family and friends think I am overreacting but it is taking a physical and mental toll on my well being. I was so excited for the procedure and feel like my surgeon did not help me decide on the right size for my frame. What are my options?

Your implants would look more natural and have more support and coverage if placed behind the muscle. Behind the muscle is more painful, takes longer for the implants to settle, and can have some animation deformity when you flex your muscles. In front, However, in most women, they look and hold...
Your implants are somewhat large for your frame and tissue and do move a fair amount to the sides. I would suggest going smaller and tightening your lateral and inferior pockets. You might need mesh for more internal support.
You did not post photos, especially of your before and after surgery. I suspect, your breasts naturally sit somewhat wide apart. the bases of your breasts cannot be moved. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon. For more specific advice, please post photos.
