Subglandular with teardrop - would this give me a natural, lifted look? (Photo)

I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle.

You show only your preop photos. Significant animation deformity is almost always associated with improperly sized or placed implants, and the subpectoral position should not be given up on; you'll be at higher risk for both capsular contracture (even with textured devices) and significant implant visibility with an overall unnatural appearance. Your snoopy deformity, as you know, is due to the need for a breast lift. Shaped implants, when matched to similar sized round implants, have been shown NOT to deliver a different result.

You did not post your current photo. In your before photo, you needed a lift to reposition your own sagging breast tissue and nipples. Placing the implants behind the muscle gives better support and better upper breast fullness. However, animation may be a problem. Placing implants in front of the muscle may show the edges more and look more like balls. I would suggest consider going down in size as well and perhaps using mesh for more internal support.
