It has been nearly 7 weeks I had a hair transplant and still some of the transplanted hair has Not falling off is that normal to have some falling off & some Not? Any answer would be appreciated

Have you just had a transplant done? If so, it seems that you still have a mild swelling on your forehead. It means that it's too early to say if the hairline is too high or not. You may want to wait for two more weeks and talk to your surgeon again.
The first two week after surgery is the period that you are recommended to treat your recipient area with care. However, it's been 20 days so far, you can massage your hair without a problem. The hair shedding during this time is normal too. These fallen hair will regrow in the next 3-4 months...
Shedding happens normally with the newly grafted hairs or shock loss can occur with you native hairs. Either way both are normal. I don’t think you have too much to worry about.
