In and of itself there is nothing risky about doing multiple HT’s it just depends upon what you want accomplished and what was done before. There are many aspects to consider. Your age, and your donor hair management are two. 1500 grafts is not too many but it depends on the quality of your donor area today. To consider lowering a hairline is a big step over the hairline already created. More hair is required and this only takes away from your finite donor supply. Looking at your long term hair loss pattern is vital to not use too many grafts in a relatively small area. Your questions can only be properly answered with a full assessment of your situation.
