Yo can apply aloe vera to your donor area whenever you feel discomfort, however on the transplanted area i don't suggest it.
You can use the pretty early on the donor site to help with soothing the burn and any pain. Generally it is not needed. For the recipient area wait until the crusts have all fallen out (7 days or so)
