Ulthera has tightened my skin significantly but my neck is too far gone and needs lifting. So I've decided to have a facelift. My concern is that the surgeon will be working with artificially tightened skin so when the ulthera wears off in a year or so then my face will drop again meaning that the effects of the facelift won't last as long as it would have done if I'd not had the ulthera. Can I have ulthera after a face lift if this happens.
